Abstract Requirements for Oral Presentation
- Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations – June 30, 2026.
- Deadline for submission of digital posters – September 1, 2026.
- Approval of reports and presentations by the Scientific Committee – by August 30, 2026.
- Oral presentations/reports should have a duration of up to 15 minutes.
Author requirements for submitting an abstract for an oral presentation for the Second National Conference with international participation: „Interdisciplinary Approaches in Malignant Diseases“
1. General requirements for the oral presentation abstract
- Language: Bulgarian and English
- Format: Word (.doc/.docx), Arial font, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
- Length: up to 300 words for the respective language
Abstract structure:
- Title (in capital letters, no abbreviations)
- Authors (first and last name, without titles)
- Affiliation (hospital, university, institution)
- Introduction / Objective
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords (up to 5)
2. Deadline for abstract submission
- Deadline: June 30, 2026
- Send the abstract as a DOC file, prepared according to the requirements, to: info@oncologycompass.bg
- You will receive confirmation of abstract acceptance by July 15, 2026.
3. Evaluation and selection
- All abstracts will be anonymized and evaluated by a scientific committee.
- Upon approval, the authors will be invited to prepare a presentation.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation format of the abstract, informing the author accordingly.
4. Presentation requirements upon approval
- Format: PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF
Content:
- Title, authors, affiliation
- Introduction, objectives, methodology, results, conclusion
- Figures, tables, and graphs – clear and legible
