INFORMATION FOR DELEGATES
IMPORTANT DATES
- Early delegate registration – until June 30, 2026
- Late delegate registration – from July 1 to September 7, 2026
- Payment of EARLY FEE for a sponsorship package – until April 15, 2026
- Payment of LATE FEE for a sponsorship package – until August 1, 2026
- Submission of presentation titles and abstracts – May 15, 2026
- Approval of reports and presentations – by June 30, 2026
GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation requests are accepted exclusively in electronic format through the official conference website designated by the Organizers. After processing the submitted request, further information and instructions regarding all details and conditions for participation in the Conference will be provided.
You will receive a confirmation of your participation request within 10 working days from the date of submission.
In case you do not receive a confirmation within 10 working days, please contact Georgi Sotirov by phone at 0889 546 506 or via email at info@oncologycompass.bg.
Payment for all requested services must be completed within 10 days of receiving a proforma invoice, but no later than 30 days before the start of the conference. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation in the event of non-compliance with the financial conditions. All payments are to be made via bank transfer.
In case of cancellation of participation in the conference, any paid delegate fees will be refunded only if the delegate has sent a formal notification to info@oncologycompass.bg at least 30 days before the beginning of the conference.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Imperial – Radisson
The Organizers have negotiated preferential terms for hotel accommodation during the conference at Hotel Imperial – Radisson. Hotel reservations are to be made by the delegates, and payment is to be made directly to the hotel.
The Gala dinner is to be paid to the Oncological Compass Association.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days prior to the event.
Up to 45 days prior to the event, the hotel requires a 30% penalty of the expected revenue.
Up to 20 days prior to the event, the hotel requires a 50% penalty of the expected revenue.
Up to 10 days prior to the event, the hotel requires an 80% penalty of the expected revenue.
Up to 48 hours prior to the event, the hotel requires a 90% penalty of the expected revenue.
After this period, a 100% penalty of the value of the hotel services applies for each no-show guest.
